Indie-soul artist Jeremy Voltz has a voice that is powerful and haunting, reminiscent of Jeff Buckley, Amos Lee, Hozier, and Ray Lamontagne. As a vocalist, Voltz has performed for huge crowds on some of Toronto’s greatest stages, including the Sony Centre, NXNE, City Hall, Nathan Phillips Square, Koerner Hall, and live on the CBC at the Glenn Gould Studio. He has also toured internationally to the UK, Italy, Japan, and across the US as a feature soloist with acclaimed vocal group Countermeasure. Following up on the success of his song “One Day at a Time”, which won several songwriting awards and has been featured on Spotify’s Discover Weekly since August, he is gearing up to release a brand new EP in April, as well as recording a Toronto Arts Council supported full length album to be released next spring.
